         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 6, 1999, the  
         House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the Chair, Representative  
         Ron Wilson at 6:23 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Wilson; Yarbrough; Flores; Haggerty;  
                   Moreno, Joe; Reyna, Arthur (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Goolsby; Jones, Delwin; Palmer (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         HB 106 
          
         The chair laid out HB 106.   
          
         The chair recognized Representative Wilson to explain/close the  
         measure.   
          
         Representative Reyna, Arthur moved that HB 106 be reported favorably  
         to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be  
         printed.  The motion prevailed by the following vote:   
          
         Ayes:          Representatives Yarbrough; Flores; Haggerty;  
                        Moreno, Joe; Reyna, Arthur (5). 
          
         Nays:          Representative Wilson (1). 
          
         Present not Voting:      None (0). 
          
         Absent:        Representatives Goolsby; Jones, Delwin; Palmer (3). 
          
         At 6:25 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection, the  
         meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
