House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures

         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 1999, the House  
         Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a  
         public hearing and was called to order by the Chair,  
         Representative Ron Wilson at 2:15 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Wilson; Yarbrough; Flores; Goolsby;  
                   Haggerty; Moreno, Joe; Reyna, Arthur (7). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Jones, Delwin; Palmer (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         This was an organizational meeting.  The Chair offered members  
         of the Committee and those present from the general public an  
         opportunity to say a few words.  There being no responses, at  
         2:20 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection, the  
         meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
