Pursuant to a notice posted on March 11, 1999, the House
Committee on State, Federal & International Relations met in a
public hearing and was called to order by the Chair,
Representative Bob Hunter at 8:06 am.
The roll was answered as follows:

Absent: Representatives Moreno, Paul; Madden; Solis, Juan

substitute.
