CORRECTED MINUTES
On March 31, 1999, the House Committee on Elections authorized
the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House
Committee on Elections held on March 3, 1999. The following
are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 1999, the House
Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called
to order by the Chair, Representative Debra Danburg at 2:11
pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Danburg; Jones, Jesse; Averitt;
Denny; Hodge; Madden (6).
Absent: Representatives Gallego; Greenberg; Uher (3).
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 308 and recognized Representative Madden
to explain the bill.

The Chair laid out HB 339 and recognized Representative Madden
to explain the bill.

The chair laid out HB 1566 and recognized Representative Maxey

At 4:39 pm, on the motion of Representative Greenberg and
without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the
call of the chair.
