Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 1999, the House
Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on HB 1162,
HB 1321, HB 1534, HB 2972, SB 306 met in a formal meeting and
was called to order by the Chair, Representative Nixon at 9:10
am.
The roll was answered as follows:

The chair laid out HB 1162.
Representative Green moved that HB 1162 be reported favorably
to the full committee with the recommendation that it do pass
and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following vote:

The chair laid out HB 1321.
Representative Green offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Green moved that HB 1321, as substituted, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
following vote:
