CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 28, 1999, the House Committee on County Affairs
authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of
the House Committee on County Affairs held on March 31, 1999.
The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 26, 1999, the House
Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Tom Ramsay at
8:05 am.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Ramsay; Lewis, Glenn; Brown, Betty;
Farabee; Swinford (5).
Absent: Representatives Chisum; Hilderbran; Krusee; Salinas
(4).
A quorum was present.
HB 654
The chair laid out HB 654.
The chair recognized Representative Gutierrez to explain the
measure.

present.)
Representative Swinford offered a complete committee
substitute.
