         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 23, 2000, the House  
         Committee on Constitutional Revision, Select met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by vice- chair, Representative  
         Puente, at 10:02 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Driver; Puente; Dutton; Mowery;  
                   Tillery (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Allen; Bailey; Lewis, Glenn; Solomons  
                   (4). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 11:56 a.m., on the motion of Representative Puente and  
         without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call  
         of the chair.
