         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 1999, the House  
         Committee on Constitutional Revision, Select met in a work  
         session and was called to order by the Chair, Representative  
         Joe Driver at 2:30 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representative Driver (1). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Puente; Allen; Bailey; Dutton;  
                   Lewis, Glenn; Mowery; Solomons; Tillery (8). 
          
         Chairman Driver and the committee staff discussed the  
         breakdown of substantive/controversial changes of the proposed  
         constitution. The changes were grouped by major, minor, and  
         lesser categories. 
          
         At 3:20 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
