         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 16, 1999, the House  
         Committee on Constitutional Revision, Select met in a work  
         session and was called to order by the Chair, Representative  
         Joe Driver at 1:10 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Driver; Puente; Bailey; Solomons  
                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Allen; Dutton; Lewis, Glenn; Mowery;  
                   Tillery (5). 
          
         Chairman Driver polled the committee on Articles II and III of  
         the proposed constitution and discussed which substantive and  
         non-substantive changes should be made. 
          
         (Representative Mowery now present.)   
          
         (Representative Tillery now present.)   
          
         At 1:50 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
