         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor and pursuant  
         to a notice posted on March 10, 1999, the House Committee on  
         Constitutional Revision, Select met in a work session and was  
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Joe Driver at  
         2:15 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Driver; Bailey; Mowery; Solomons;  
                   Tillery (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Puente; Allen; Dutton; Lewis, Glenn  
                   (4). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Chairman Driver addressed the committee on the schedule of   
         future meetings, subcommittee possibilities, and the option of  
         committee bill substitutes. 
          
         At 2:40 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
