CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 16, 1999, the House Committee on Business & Industry
authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of
the House Committee on Business & Industry held on March 30,
1999. The following are the corrected minutes for that
meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 24, 1999 and a revised
posting on March 25, 1999, the House Committee on Business &
Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by
the Chair, Representative Kim Brimer at 2:20 pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Brimer; Dukes; Corte; George;
Giddings; Ritter; Siebert; Solomons; Woolley (9).
Absent: None (0).
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 756 as pending business.
Representative Ritter moved that HB 756 be reported favorably
to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and
