         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met  
         in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Public  
         Health and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Glaze, at 9:11 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representative Janek (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.
