         Talmadge Heflin at     7:40 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The Subcommittees discussed pending budget items. 
          
         At 8:12 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
