         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met  
         in a public hearing and was called to order by the Chair,  
         Representative Bob Glaze at 8:35 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representatives Coleman; Eiland (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 9:32 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed until the adjournment of the House. 
          
         The committee reconvened at 11:04 am and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Glaze.  The roll was answered as  
         follows:

         Absent:   Representatives Hartnett; Janek (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.
