         in a public hearing and was called to order by the Acting  
         Chair, Representative Coleman  at 8:03 am.

         Absent:   Representatives Glaze; Eiland (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 9:46 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed until       1:15 pm.  The committee  
         reconvened at 1:19 pm and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Glaze.  The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representatives Coleman; Eiland (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.
