Amend CSSB 1911 as follows:
      On page 1, lines 9 and 10, delete "(2) Blanco-Pedernales
Groundwater Conservation District;" and renumber the remaining
subsections accordingly.
      On page 2, lines 15-17, delete Subsection (2) and renumber
the remaining subsections accordingly.
