The Senate Interim Committee on Civil Justice will meet to discuss and
take public testimony on possible solutions to reduce the large number
of uninsured/underinsured motorists in Texas.  The Committee will focus
on:

-  alternatives to increase enforcement of the mandatory liability
   system; and

-  the feasibility of changes to the civil justice system to reduce
   automobile liability insurance premiums.
