The subcommittee will meet in a public hearing in the Dora Roberts
Civic Center, 100 Whipkey Dr., Big Spring, Texas, to discuss the
following interim charge:
Study the success of rainfall enhancement programs in Texas and
evaluate the role of the state's participation in such weather
modification efforts.

Invited testimony will be followed by public testimony.
