The subcommittee will meet to consider the following Interim Charge:
    "Compile an inventory of state environmental laws that appear
    to provide little or no appreciable benefit, and recommend
    revision or repeal of each law identified."

Subcommittee members are:
    Robert Talton, Chair
    Edmund Kuempel
    John Hirschi
    Ray Allen
    Dawnna Dukes

The subcommittee will hear public testimony.  It is the Chair's
prerogative to limit testimony as needed.
