112 met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the
Chair, Representative Ehrhardt at 11:40 am.

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.
Representative Clark offered an amendment to the substitute.
The amendment was adopted without objection.
Representative Clark offered a second amendment to the
substitute.
The amendment was adopted without objection.
Representative Ehrhardt moved that CSHB 110, as amended, be
reported favorably to the full committee with the
recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion
prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Representatives Clark; Ehrhardt; Garcia
(3).
Nays: None (0).
Present not Voting: None (0).
Absent: None (0).

The bill was left pending without objection.
HB 112
The bill was left pending without objection.
At 12:00 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
