         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 21, 1997, the House 
         Committee on State Recreational Resources, Subcommittee on 
         Boating & Water Safety met in a formal meeting and was called 
         to order by the Chair, Representative Edmund Kuempel at 12:36 
         pm.
         
         
         The roll was answered as follows:  
         
         Present:  Representatives Kuempel; McCall; Palmer (3).
         
         Absent:   Representatives Hilderbran; Horn (2).
         
         A quorum was present.
         
         
         Boating & Water Safety Legislation
         
         The chair laid out HB 203, HB 204, HB 205, HB 206, HB 965, HB 
         966, and HB 1151. 
         
         The bills were left pending without objection. 
         
         At 12:50 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection, 
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
