The roll was answered as follows: Present: Representatives Carter; Madden; Reyna, Elvira (3). Absent: Olivo (1) A quorum was present. The chair explained the purpose and goals of the subcommittee. Interim Charge #3: Examine issues related to safety within and around shooting ranges. (Representative Olivo now present.) Testimony was taken.
