Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a public hearing
and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Barry
Telford at 8:13 am.

The chair laid out SJR 39.
The chair recognized Rep. Giddings to explain the measure.

Representative Williams moved that SJR 39 be reported
favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do
pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following
