was called to order by the Chair, Representative David

Surface Water and Groundwater Supplies
The committee considered testimony on proposals related to
water rights permitting, storage of appropriated water in
aquifers, the Texas Water Assistance Program, brush control
projects, precipitation enhancement projects, priority
groundwater management areas, groundwater conservation
districts, and a sales tax exemption for water conservation
and reuse equipment.
