         Pursuant to a motion made and unanimously granted during the 
         hearing on March 3, 1997, the following are the corrected 
         committee minutes for the Human Services hearing on February 
         25, 1997.
         
         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 1997, the House 
         Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was 
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Harvey Hilderbran 
         at 1:30 pm.
         
         The roll was answered as follows:  
         
         Present:  Representatives Hilderbran; Naishtat; Chavez; 
                   Christian; Davila; Krusee; Maxey; McReynolds; 
                   Wohlgemuth (9).
         
         Absent:   None (0).
         
         A quorum was present.

         measure.

         without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the
