         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 6, 1998, the House  
         Committee on State, Federal & International Relations,  
         Subcommittee on Cemeteries met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the Acting Chair, Representative Isett at  
         1:44 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representative Palmer (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.
