Pursuant to a notice posted on April 10, 1997, and an
announcement from the house floor on April 14, 1997, so that
the committee could take up and consider HB 3455, the House
Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called
to order by the Chair, Representative Debra Danburg at 5:20
pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
