         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 1997, the House  
         Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Age of  
         Criminal Responsibility met in a work session and was called  
         to order by the Chair, Representative Robert Talton at 1:00  
         p.m.. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Place; Talton (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives   Nixon, Joe; Reyna, Arthur (2). 
          
         The subcommittee discussed the interim charge.  At 2:15 p.m.,  
         on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting  
         was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
