         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 21, 1997, the House  
         Committee on Business & Industry met in a work session and was  
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Kim Brimer at  
         8:12 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
        Present:   Representatives Brimer; Elkins; Giddings; Janek;  
                   Rhodes; Solomons; Woolley (7). 
          
    Absent:        Representatives Corte; Dukes; (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The committee met to discuss the proposed amendments for HB 92  
         by Brimer. 
          
         (Representative Corte now present.)   
          
         No action was taken. 
          
         At 9:10 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
