AN ACT
|

relating to the office of vehicle fleet management's plan for the |

|
state's vehicle fleet. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

|
SECTION 1. Section 2171.104(b), Government Code, is |
|
|
repealed. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
