Relating to the allocation of certain constitutional transfers of money to the economic stabilization fund, the Texas legacy fund, and the state highway fund and to the management and investment of the economic stabilization fund, the Texas legacy fund, and the Texas legacy distribution fund.

HB 274         Davis, Sarah | et al.
Relating to the creation of the disaster reinvestment and infrastructure planning revolving fund and the permissible uses of that fund; making an appropriation.

HB 690         Metcalf
Relating to dedicating certain state revenue to the purpose of retiring state debt.

HB 1562        Frullo
Relating to the allocation and use of the annual constitutional appropriation to certain agencies and institutions of higher education.

HB 2154        Landgraf | et al.
Relating to the allocation of certain constitutional transfers of money to the economic stabilization fund, the state highway fund, and the generate recurring oil wealth for Texas (GROW Texas) fund and to the permissible uses of money deposited to the generate recurring oil wealth for Texas (GROW Texas) fund.

HJR 10         Capriglione | et al.
Proposing a constitutional amendment providing for the creation of the Texas legacy fund and the Texas legacy distribution fund, dedicating earnings on the Texas legacy distribution fund to certain state infrastructure projects or the reduction of certain long-term obligations, and providing for the transfer of certain general revenues to the economic stabilization fund, the Texas legacy fund, and the state highway fund.

HJR 82         Craddick | et al.
Proposing a constitutional amendment providing for the creation of and use of money in the generate recurring oil wealth for Texas (GROW Texas) fund and allocating certain general revenues to that fund, the economic stabilization fund, and the state highway fund.

HJR 145        Davis, Sarah
Proposing a constitutional amendment authorizing the issuance of general obligation bonds to provide financial assistance to political subdivisions located in areas of the state affected by a disaster.
