Pursuant to HCR 40 (86^th Legislature), a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Health & Human Services Transition, Oversight was held on Monday, August 26, 2019, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.036, at Austin, Texas.

Co-chair Senator Nelson called the meeting to order at 1:01 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

Co-chair Senator Nelson and Co-chair Representative Price made opening remarks.

The Committee heard invited testimony.

Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.

There being no further business, at 2:15 PM Co-Chair Representative Price moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
