Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2020, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 10:06 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Wray; Allison; Frank; Guerra; Lucio III; Ortega; Sheffield; and Zedler.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative Eddie Rodriguez was also in attendance.

 

The Chair made opening remarks.
