Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2019, and permission granted on February 27, 2019, to meet while the House was in session during bill referral, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Senfronia Thompson, at 12:16 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Allison; Frank; Guerra; Lucio III; Ortega; Price; and Zedler.

 

A quorum was present.
