Pursuant to a notice posted on May 9, 2019, and revised on May 13, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 13, 2019, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Huberty, at 8:07 a.m.
