Pursuant to a notice posted on February 7, 2019, the House Committee on Public Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Huberty, at 12:36 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Huberty; Bernal; Allen; Allison; Bell, Keith; González, Mary; King, Ken; and Meyer.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The chair called for invited testimony on public school finance.
