Pursuant to a notice posted on May 9, 2019, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Goldman; Geren; Harless; King, Ken; and Kuempel.
