Pursuant to a notice posted on May 9, 2019, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Goldman; Geren; Harless; King, Ken; and Kuempel.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

The chair moved that HCR 168, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
