CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 16, 2019, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures held on April 9, 2019. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 4, 2019, revised 2 times on April 4, 2019, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Goldman; Geren; Harless; Hernandez; Kuempel; and Paddie.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair directed that the April 2, 2019 minutes for the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.
