Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2019, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 25, 2019, and permission granted on March 25, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 12:39 p.m.
