Pursuant to a notice posted on March 8, 2019, revised on March 11, 2019, and permission granted on March 13, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Chris, at 8:02 a.m.
