Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2019, and permission granted on March 13, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on General Investigating met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Meyer, at 1:31 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Meyer; Collier; Krause; Noble; and Pacheco.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Chair laid out the proposed rules for adoption.

 

 

The Chair moved that the rules be adopted.

 

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        None (0).
