Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 29, 2019, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Paddie, at 6:36 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Paddie; Herrero; Anchia; Bailes; Craddick; Darby; Gutierrez; Harris; and Rosenthal.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 4380 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that HB 4380, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Paddie; Herrero; Anchia; Bailes; Gutierrez; Rosenthal (6).

 

Nays:                           Representatives Craddick; Darby; Harris (3).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).
