Pursuant to a notice posted on April 24, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 25, 2019, the House Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Klick, at 8:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Klick; Bucy; Burrows; Cain; Fierro; Middleton; and Swanson.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

 

SB 1229

Representative Cain offered a complete committee substitute.
