Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 13, 2019, and a subsequent suspension of the rules confirming the announcement on May 14, 2019, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 3:28 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Biedermann; Cole; Dominguez; and Rosenthal.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 2553.

 

The chair moved that SB 2553, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Coleman; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Biedermann; Cole; Dominguez; Rosenthal (6).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        Representatives Bohac; Huberty; Stickland (3).

 

At 3:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
