Pursuant to a notice posted on March 15, 2019, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 19, 2019 and on March 20, 2019, and permission granted on March 21, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 9:03 a.m.
