Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 16, 2019, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 3:46 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Bell, Cecil; Bonnen, Greg; Buckley; Capriglione; Cortez; Davis, Sarah; Hefner; Howard; Johnson, Jarvis; Minjarez; Muñoz, Jr.; Rose; Schaefer; Sheffield; Sherman, Sr.; Smith; Stucky; Toth; Turner, John; VanDeaver; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The chair directed that the May 15, 2019 minutes for the House Committee on Appropriations be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

SB 1205

 

The chair laid out SB 1205 as pending business.

 

Representative Sherman, Sr. moved that SB 1205, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

At 3:48 p.m., on the motion of Representative Stucky and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
