Pursuant to a notice posted on April 3, 2019, revised on April 3, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 4, 2019, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 7:30 a.m.
