Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 2, 2019, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Infrastructure, Resiliency & Investments met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 7:31 a.m.
