CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, House Bill 1397 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 86th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed |
|
|
to make the following correction: |
|
|
In SECTION 4 of the bill, in added Section 36.213(f), |
|
|
Utilities Code, strike "recovery for a power generation facility |
|
|
that provides greater than $200 million of Texas jurisdictional |
|
|
generation capacity," and substitute "incremental recovery for a |
|
|
power generation facility greater than $200 million on a Texas |
|
|
jurisdictional basis,". |
