	A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
	AN ACT
	relating to the terms of court for the 4th District Court.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
	SECTION 1.  Section 24.104(b), Government Code, is amended
	to read as follows:
	(b)  The terms of the 4th District Court begin on the first
	Mondays in January and [, March, May,] July[, September, and
	November].
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2019.
